Ventilation with heat recovery is, as the Passive House Institute states in its press release absolutely essential in energy efficient construction and we look forward to the challenge of supplying an innovative and cost-effective solution for a typical 1960s building.  We are well used to working on retrofit projects, including the recent refurbishment of 31 apartments and 6 bungalows in Manchester – the UK’s first large-scale Passive House retrofit.
